TIME WITH KIDS
Being around kids - laughing & playing games is a really great way for us to stay young at heart. As we get older, we take on many of life's tough challenges which can have a negative impact on one's life force. Over time, these things can make us bitter and cynical if we're not mindful of it. Having to be a responsible adult needn't mean being serious and stern all the time. We can still be playful, energetic, play games and have fun in life just like a child does - while still getting the jobs done.
Embrace your inner child
If you're not a parent yourself, don't have a niece or nephew or any friends with kids - try and get back that inner child with some of these wikiHow techniques. Skipping down the street, clapping and cheering enthusiastically and generally being less reserved in public - you may get some funny looks or scorned - but that will only be from those who have forgotten how to be young - remember this quote: "You don't stop having fun when you get old, you get old when you stop having fun."

Geocaching
Find some fun things you'd like to do - here's ten more tips if you don't have any kids with you. I had my first Geocaching experience over the weekend. This is a really great idea! It's a kind of treasure hunt and often the geocaches are in places of interest, so really great way to inspire a walk, ride around town or fun reason to take the kids out for the day
